Refund policy

At Miss Li Scrubs, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in what you wear to work. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help.

Australian Consumer Law

Our policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all original tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, we are happy to offer one exchange per order, subject to stock availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

To ensure fairness and maintain efficient service for all customers, we may not be able to accommodate multiple exchanges for the same order.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Miss Li Scrubs cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Sale Items

Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Gift cards, when offered, are non-refundable.

Price Adjustments

At Miss Li Scrubs, we occasionally run limited time promotions.

Promotional pricing cannot be applied to orders placed before a sale or promotion begins.

For this reason, we are unable to offer price adjustments or refunds for price differences on previous orders.

Customers are welcome to place a new order during the promotional period if they wish to take advantage of current offers.
